Saturday, May 18th – Sunday 19th | Cleveland Asian Festival | Cleveland OH | The Cleveland Asian Festival (CAF) is an annual celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage month in Cleveland’s AsiaTown neighborhood. This festival highlights the diverse Asian culture in Northeast Ohio and features Asian cuisine, cultural performances, an Asian pop dance competition, martial arts, a trivia challenge, the world marketplace, and more! Hosted in AsiaTown (E 27th St & Payne Ave, Cleveland OH), 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Free Admission.
Saturday, May 11th | Toledo Sister Cities International Festival | Oregon OH | This annual festival features performing groups (vocal, instrumental, dance, and martial arts) that represent not only the 12 countries of Toledo’s sister cities (Brazil, China, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Poland, Spain, and Tanzania) but also many of the other ethnic communities of the Toledo area. There will also be a variety of food from at least 4 different countries, a Language Corner where a little bit of a different language is taught every half hour, activities, and much more! Organized by Toledo Sister Cities International and hosted at Oak Shade Grove (3624 Seaman Rd, Oregon OH), 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM [11A-6P (Family Time), 6P-10P (Adult Time)]. Cost of admission is $9 (for ages 16+).
Sunday, May 5th | Hanami Spring Picnic | Novi MI | This annual picnic celebrates the blossoming cherry trees in the Sakura Garden and features music, activities, concessions, shopping, and more! Hosted at Michigan State University Tollgate Farm and Education Center (28115 Meadowbrook Rd, Novi MI), 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Cost of admission is $10 per person (for ages 4 and under are free). Tickets are non-refundable and pre-registration is recommended.

Sunday, June 4th | Early-Summer Festival | Bowling Green OH | An afternoon with matsuri (festival) activities, Japanese food and snacks, children’s egg hunting, craft show and bake sale, and more!
