Order Timeline

Processing Time

This is the time Our team needs to review Your order that We received, process Your payment, pick the items to fulfill Your order, pack Your items, ensure all proper paperwork is included (such as customs documents), purchase postage, and ensure all is perfect before we hand it over to the carrier. 

Getting Your order out the door as soon as We can and depends on if the item is Ready-To-Ship or is Made-To-Order. If Your order contains both types of goods, the Shipping Time will follow the Made-To-Order timing unless special arrangements are made.


We ship all Ready-To-Ship Goods within 3-5 business days from Your purchase.


We ship all Made-To-Order Goods within 1-2 weeks from Your purchase, unless stated otherwise.

All Made-To-Order Goods are clearly marked as either Made-To-Order or Custom. Extended production times will be communicated to You during the Custom Order Consultation.

Transit Time

This starts when Your order has left Our hands and is now with the shipping carrier. Times may vary depending on shipping carrier selected, type of transport used, distance, and delays due to unforeseen circumstances. You may track Your package if a tracking number has been provided.

Shipping Carrier

We currently ship via USPS and UPS.

We may choose at any time to ship Your Order using a different shipping service for any reason, but will be at no additional cost to You. If you have a specific shipping carrier preference, please contact Us immediately after placing Your Order so a note can be put on Your Order to indicate carrier preference.

We highly encourage You to purchase shipping insurance through a third-party insurer in the event that Your package does not arrive. Packages lost in transit are not covered by Kimono Kitsune and will not be refunded. You will need to file an insurance claim with Your third-party insurance provider to recover the value of your purchase.

Please note that we do not have the ability to locate your package beyond the tracking information available to you online via the shipping carrier website.

If You wish to have Your order shipped using another carrier (such as FedEx, DHL), You must make special arrangements with Us. We will do Our best to accommodate You; however, We have the right to deny the special request for any reason.
