Pop-up Shop – Transformation Assistant

Knowledge of Japanese kimono fashion, including both traditional and fusion styling
Experience processing cash and credit card transactions using a Square Terminal
Interest in retail or pop-up shop experiences
Previous experience in retail or customer service

Process cash and credit card sales using a Square Terminal, ensuring proper bagging, tag removal, and inclusion of an origami fox
Monitor the shop floor to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment
Keep the retail space tidy, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event
Support the team in maintaining displays and merchandising as needed
Assist customers with selecting items and answering questions, as directed by the owner

Compensation is available in the form of Kimono Kitsune store credit at a rate of $20/hour or financial compensation at $12/hour.
Typical shifts range from 1 to 4 hours.
Pop-up shops typically occur on weekends, including Fridays, with shifts on an as-needed basis during open vending hours (usually between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on the event).
